This page explains where we ship, what it costs, and when you can expect your order.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, however small. There is no minimum spend and no extra charge at checkout for standard delivery.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. We can’t ship to addresses outside the US at this time.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 2 to 7 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, high demand, or other things outside our control. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders with more than one item

If you order more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages on different days. Each package has its own tracking number, and we’ll email you the tracking details for each one.

Tracking your order

You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also enter your order number and the email you used at checkout on our Order Tracking page. Tracking can take a day or two to start updating after you receive it.

Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update or cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, it can’t be changed or cancelled, but you can return it under our Return and Refund Policy.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Once we confirm the problem, you can choose a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

Shipping address

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering so we can correct it before your order ships.
