Battery Powered Aquarium Gravel Cleaner and Siphon, 2 in 1 Fish Tank Vacuum with Adjustable Tube

Description

Cleaning aquarium gravel with a manual siphon means priming the tube, stooping over buckets and often taking out more water than you wanted. This battery-powered gravel cleaner does the work for you. Push the nozzle into the substrate and it pulls up fish waste, leftover food and debris. Then choose what happens next: catch the dirt in the filter bag and send clean water straight back into the tank, or attach the hose and drain dirty water out for a water change.

Key features

Two cleaning modes
In filter mode, the filter bag traps waste while clean water flows back into the tank, so you can clean the gravel without changing any water. In siphon mode, attach the 27.5 in (70 cm) hose to drain dirty water into a bucket.

Battery powered
Two C batteries run the pump, so there’s no squeezing a bulb or sucking on a tube to get the water moving.

Adjustable for your tank depth
Swap between the short and long extension tubes to suit your aquarium. The cleaner adjusts from 22 to 31.5 in long and works in water 13.4 to 23.6 in deep.

Strong flow
A maximum flow of 520 L/h (about 137 gal/h) lifts waste out of the gravel quickly.

Light and easy to handle
Made from ABS plastic, the cleaner weighs just 0.49 lb, so it’s comfortable to hold through a full clean.

Choosing the right tube

• Short extension tube: for water 13.4 to 17.7 in deep
